The Leche Flan

I want to share my first ever recipe I tried and it's my special someone's favorite. 😊😊😊 " You have no idea how much he loves eggs.
Let me introduce you:
Leche Flan
Ingredients:
8 large egg yolks
1 can condense milk
1 can water( just used the empty condense milk can?
1 cup sugar in llanera caramilized
You can add vanilla or a drop of flavoring
This mixture enough for two llanera the oblong size,( but me I used small circle good for one serving 😉) just divide the sugar for each llanera.
Procedure:
Mix egg yolks, then add condense milk and water stir properly.
Make sure that the mixture has no bubbles, if you see bubbles on the side get it out using a spoon.
How to make caramelized sugar
Just put sugar in llanera put it on slow fire share it until all sugar melted and becomes light brown. Let it cool
Pour leche flan mixture to your llanera. Covered it( incase your llanera has no cover then you can use foil to cover it) 😉
In double broiler boil 4-5 cups of water in medium heat. Then put your leche flan cook it 15-20 minutes. Lower the heat a little.
Insert a toothpick to make sure your leche flan is really cooked. When the toothpick comes out clean then your done 😃😃...
